In the Easter Sunday church bulletin was the following statement:
May this Easter Season show us how to be Catholics and to remember the great gift of our Catholic Faith.

The Easter Season is also called Eastertide as well as Easter Time.
The date of Easter Sunday can range between March 22 and April 25.

For the Easter Season, white symbolizes the hope of the resurrection.
The gold symbolizes the light of the world brought by the risen Christ that enlightens the world.

his wings: and you shall go forth, and shall leap as calves of the herd.'

For the Easter Season I have noticed that for the Gospel Acclamation for Sunday Mass,
the three Alleluias sung are the same exact Alleluias sung in O Sons and Daughters.

The Easter Season truly becomes a living expression of the hope that God has brought into the world through the death and resurrection of Jesus.

The first reading for every Sunday throughout the Easter Season is taken from the Acts of the Apostles.

The Paschal Candle is a central symbol of the divine light, which is Christ.
It is kept near the ambo throughout Easter Time.

In the Gospels, the precise details of the Easter narrative vary slightly. Above all, they agree that the tomb of Christ was indeed empty.

As St. John Chrysostum announced in the Easter season:
Let no one mourn that he has fallen again and again, for forgiveness has risen from the grave.

According to some traditions, eggs symbolize the resurrection of Jesus. The shell represents the sealed tomb.

The resurrection of Jesus is a magnificent event that shows the realization of the Christian faith.
In 1 Corinthians 15:17, Saint Paul wrote that "unless Christ rose from the dead, our faith is in vain."

The Easter Season is the longest of the special liturgical seasons of the Catholic Church.
