Title: For Bailey's best friend Post by: Bailey2 on February 28, 2011, 06:56:05 PM My best friend, who lives across the States from me just received an MRI report of a nodule on her left lung. She is having a CT later this week and I'll be calling her Friday to find out the results. She had breast cancer 7 yrs ago so this is pretty scary. She has two boys, the oldest is my youngest's age. She is 47.

My friend's oncologist looked at the MRI and is worried. Results of the CT will be in this week. She is VERY scared but is doing well considering. It can only be watched and if it turns out to be cancer, there is nothing they can do in terms of operating. So, another CT in 4 months. Cancer markers in blood work are good. So, for now all is well
