Praise the Lord of all the saints and angels
who dwell in light inaccessible
but come to us in Christ Jesus,
the one mediator between heaven and earth.
By the prayers of the Blessed Virgin Mary
and the whole company of heaven,
may we strive for holiness
that purifies and exalts all God's chosen ones.

 O rescue me, God, my helper, and my tongue shall ring out your goodness.
 O Lord, open my lips and my mouth shall declare your praise.
 For in sacrifice you take no delight,
burnt offering from me you would refuse;
my sacrifice, a contrite spirit.
 A humbled, contrite heart you will not spurn.....
