Title: Keeping recollected and making aspirations all day long Post by: Therese on March 05, 2014, 11:00:55 PM I'd like to keep recollected and pray aspirations all day long to God and Mary. The problem is I don't pray aspirations all throughout my day like I want to -- I forget to. Can someone offer any help? Besides asking my guardian angel for help with this or using an alarm, I don't know what to do. (I can't use an alarm.) Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Everything great starts from a small seed, don't be discourged. Perhaps you could rearrange the furniture and some religious objects so that the difference helps remind you? Also posted notes in places you go frequently! For instance on my sticky notes I had for awhile, '+ Always thinking of the Lord.' Things like this help! Also if you can take time out and do repeated aspirations timed to your breathing or some regular rhythm.. this can become part of the background and foreground of one's life. Thanks so much, Shin, for your helpful advise! I do pray aspirations during the day and even pray aspirations to my breathing, but with the help of my guardian angel and some notes to myself -- and with a string tied around my finger tomorrow -- I hope to increase my aspirations in number without too much difficulty and soon ... but like you said: everything starts with a small seed: I should not let myself get discouraged if things don't progress as quickly as I'd like. God bless you! |
