Here's a first!


Q: What kind of coat is always wet when you put it on?

Ho ho, if you don't know your cheeses it can be a bit hard. But you already have the answer.  :D

The only cheese I know is cheddar. I have the answer? ???

There's a traditional cheese out here called 'brick cheese' that is quite good but quite hard to find. It's made by pressing between bricks and hence the name.

Hmm.. now what should the next riddle be.. I wonder if I can invent one!

The ones from one's own head are also fun to solve.

Here is an easy one, not from my head though. I am not good enough for that.
You can find me in darkness but never in light.
I am present in daytime but absent at night.
In the deepest shadows I hide in plain sight.
What am I?

I am going to have to think about this one! Sometimes stuff it plain sight is the hardest to see!  :rotflblue:

I was totally lost until I thought of it as a word puzzle!!!

I picked four fruits and put them in a basket,
I picked an apricot, a prickly pear, a lemon, and. . .
What else should be there?

Okay, here is a wild, wild guess.
Don't ask me how, why or what.
because there is none of that.
Then you picked a cherry, yay! ;D

Haha! Not a bad guess, but not it!

It's a word puzzle! You have to look closely in the basket!

That was my first impression that it was a word puzzle I even got a word but when I take the three fruits together, it did not tie up.
 So back to first impression and the missing fruit is...

Oh! That's very good! I didn't even notice that one was in there too!

You can find another fruit just going forwards! :D

Well, well, well! First of all this riddle basket is real heavy; second of all, I see lots of fruits when I look inside. Are you sure you put in just four fruits Shin?

I think I have flunked that one because of wrong methodology in arriving at the answer.  :)

Whew, I'm beat, I gotta get back to packing. I hope I have more energy tomorrow morning for the long drive. I am not looking forwards to it if I feel this tired!
