Out of my love for you all and the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church and the True Faith that She preserves I will transcribe chapters for you from my newly acquired Fountain of Catholic Wisdom
REDEMPTION THROUGH CHRIST ALONE
Again, it is said that the Church ignores our Saviour and depreciates the work of the Redemption, and robs the Atonement of its all-sufficient value. The accusation is utterly false, unjust and calumnious.
The Catholic Church teaches that Christ is the Incarnate Son of God, that He is the Redeemer and Saviour and Teacher of mankind, that He is very God and very Man, having one divine personality,
"that He is our only Mediator of Redemption, that there is no salvation in any other name under Heaven given to men whereby they can be saved."
She teaches that one drop of the blood of Christ would have been sufficient to redeem ten thousand guilty worlds, and that in shedding His Blood for us He purchased us with a great price;
that blood shed on Calvary ascended up through all the ages to the very gates of Paradise in its power, and that it in principle and potency washed away the guilt of all the ages;
[She teaches] that no child of Adam ever entered Heaven or can enter Heaven save through the merits of the Atonement of Christ. All her prayers are offered up in the name of Christ Jesus, and her children bow the head in loving reverence and adoration at the very sound of that name, thus carrying out in spirit the worlds of Saint Paul, that in the name of Jesus every knee shall bend, of those that are in Heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that the Lord Jesus is the glory of the Father; and they believe the same Apostle that "neither death, nor life nor angels nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor might, nor height, nor depths , nor any other creature shall separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus Our Lord" (Romans 8:38,39).
She at all times defended the Divinity of Christ against unbelievers. For three hundred years she defined the Divinity of Christ against the Arians. She assembled councils and condemned their destructive heresy. She endured the anger of kings and empowered in defense of this fundamental doctrine of Christian faith, and her bishops, priests and children suffered persecution, exile and death to uphold it. And yet we are confidently and impudently but most falsely told that the Church ignores Christ and His Redemption.
Millions of her children, bishops, priests, monks, and nuns have consecrated themselves to lives of voluntary poverty, chastity, and obedience in imitation of Christ their Redeemer, and for His dear sake have given up the world and its pleasures, allurements, and seductions to consecrate themselves to the service of the poor, the ignorant, the sick, the suffering, and the afflicted. The Catholic Church opposed to Christ?! Why, if it were not for her it is most doubtful if Faith in Christ would exist in any corner of the earth today.

Have you noticed that this post is currently the fourth listing in the Bing search for Fountain of Catholic Wisdom?  I must admit I enjoy searching myself (Eschator83) but not too frequently.  I've been eagerly awaiting your next posts on the 11/6/20 Treasury of Wisdom as well as 8/17/20, St John's Fountain of Wisdom, I think.  Nearly 30 years ago I made a deck of about 150 cards of Jesus' teachings from the Gospels, from which I still read at least one card every day, and I wondered if you had found something like that.

My card for today in my series Words of our Lord, just to give an example, is titled lust and shows three examples of Jesus' teaching: Mt 5.28 in the Sermon on the Mount, Mk 9'43 to Disciples at Capernaum, which curiously does not refer to the word lust specifically, and to a repetition by Mt at 18:9 which refers only to the eye.
As I reviewed the card I thought immediately of your comments for the chance of salvation for lay people, and whether this teaching on the danger of lust was a type of mystical paradox.  My most recent thought was of Shin's wonderful quote for today from St Peter of Alcantara that God loves those who do their best, even if that is very little (I'm thinking if we try hard, and repent when we fail, there is reason for hope.) 
Another frequent thought from this card is the frequency that Luke ignores (omits, forgets?) teachings in both Mt and Mk.  I have 46 cards where the three Synotic Gospels are at least somewhat similar, but another 8 which have similarity in MT and Mk only without mention in Lk.  Do you ever wonder along these lines?

Sticking with the title of the thread I will answer your questions.
Our Redemption was accomplished by Christ upon the Cross, where by the most awesome sacrifice of the immaculate Lamb of God, His most precious blood was drained to excess, to show us the superabundance of saving grace, for Christ suffered selflessly, virtuously and all the more perfectly we meditate on it. Christ who had power to call down fire from heaven, to damn to hell the wicked to hell and to summon angelic legions, yet Christ Jesus our Lord chose rather to die than to be the cause of death, chose rather to suffer than to be the cause of suffering, chose rather to give up His life that He might become the source of Life. Therefore with due remembrance of His loving death and selfless passion, we must not deny His Resurrection, for it was this that the Apostles proclaimed to all peoples of all nations, that the One who had died out of love for mankind, had risen to give mankind unfailing hope and ascended into heaven in order to secure salvation to all who come to God through Him, that everliving to make intercession His most precious and holy sacrifice which He offered once for all, He offers for all at all times the same infinite sacrifice, the same inexhaustible treasury of merit, the same purifying atonement, the same holy and unblemished sacrifice, the same perfect and final offering, is offered to all at all times.
Therefore, if any are saved, it is due to the Cross of Christ and His glorious Resurrection. Seeing as each shall be judged and that the judgement of sin is death, we ought to realize that it was for this cause that Christ suffered and died, that we might be freed from the bondage of sin and escape the wages of death, for we had all once been slaves to satan and had all once been turned away from God, but now we have returned and we have sought absolution from the Great Bishop and Eternal Pontiff, our Lord Jesus Christ through the mediation of His ministers, yet all at once there is the great promise of God, that He shall not remember our sins any longer but also that we might not continue in sin willfully but that willfully we might return and willfully we might serve God and willfully that we might repent of all evil committed against our neighbor, our body and our Lord. As Christ has erased the debt and bestowed the imperishable treasure of eternal life, we are vessels of clay holding heavenly treasures, for at baptism, both original and actual sin are erased and their punishment negated and the Holy Spirit indwells to a degree and through confirmation a further outpouring of the Holy Spirit is conferred and the will is strengthened and the inexhaustible treasury of graces are opened via the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar and the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Baptism, confers the merits of Christ's death and Resurrection and is sufficient for salvation. Confirmation confers additional blessings and attached are additional responsibilities as those confirmed are part of the Church Militant and are soldiers of Christ. In all, the war is waged against the flesh, the world and the devil. These signify lust, greed and pride. These three are perhaps the most significant for spiritual reasons as some of the angels fell from lust, Judas fell from greed and satan fell from pride. We cannot overcome the world without faith nor can we please God without faith. If you never expect to sin and have to repent, you are prideful, but if you willingly give in to lust then you are lustful. Therefore lay people ought to realize their position is to attain equality with angels through the grace of God, because through grace, we surpass nature and through mercy and repentance, God can save even the worst sinner, because God's love is greater than all of our sins. It is in Christ alone that we have redemption and the fruit of redemption is salvation and the reception of sanctifying grace through the Holy Spirit. The work of redemption is complete, we need no other Redeemer, we need no other Christ, God has overcome the world. Therefore we are to trust in the merciful love of our Savior and to make acts of contrition whenever we sin and to seek to make use of the Sacrament of Reconciliation in order to obtain all the graces that we have lost through willful sin, as it is a great lack of Charity whenever we mortally sin.

This is indeed very true. Jesus extolled the widow who gave all that she had to live on which was very little.
Amen. If we repent when we fall, there is no reason to ever give up hope or despair like Judas.
Despair is the sin of Judas the Apostate who gave up the New Covenant in the Body and Blood of Christ for the forgiveness of sin. Judas chose a covenant with lawless men for money.
When men failed to comfort him and money failed to console him, thinking that God would never forgive him, He blasphemed the Holy Spirit and killed himself, for God forgave the apostasy of Peter and would have forgiven the apostasy of Judas if he had repented.
Therefore, know that while we are in the flesh we will sin, but while we are in the Spirit, we will be kept from sin. Therefore seek the Spirit of God and remain vigilant that you may keep your robe unspotted and your treasure guarded.
For the demons wish to rob us of our virtue and do everything they can to take hold of our virtue and to defraud us with small trinkets of momentary pleasure.
God has opened to us the means of salvation through the Sacraments of the Church and through the prayer of the Rosary and the reading of Scripture and the teachings of the Church.

Thanks for comments.  I've looked all over unsuccessfully for a book with this excellent title- could you be writing it?

No it is a rare out of print Catholic book. It is an excellent title.

It seems a very strange coincidence that the first post of this thread popped up somehow in my Bing search engine as I was trying to enter something else (actually searching for The Queen's Work in St Louis, which I think is or was a Catholic sodality.
I've described elsewhere that I am quite fascinated by many coincidences, and this is another that makes me feel drawn to better understand the Fountain book, its author, and purpose.  Any more you can share- or hint whether there is an ebook around?
