My mind wandered all over this morning, from the very first posts on Saints Works (can you remember?) to wondering about the first Christian worship services.  I think I recall that Jesus seemed to stop visiting synagogues in the last year of His ministry, but I can't recall reading this specifically.  Certainly, St Paul visited synagogues, but I wondered whether the Apostles kept visiting synagogues, and when they began urging meeting in homes.  I'm looking for comments in my favorite book (see title above), but I'm hoping you can comment on this. 
Also, I'd love to hear what are your favorite history of Church books.  I wonder if we could comment here on major early Church events as we have in the thread on the Holy Roman Empire.
