Hello Shin, I appreciate all that you do here for everyone. I am wondering if you can enable some setting that makes the forum more readable on mobile devices. I obviously don't want to burden you with unnecessary work but I think it would be advantageous for those of us who primarily visit the site from phones to be able to read the text on the posts without having to zoom in and scroll left to right.

It may increase posting as well.

What mobile devices are you using? Is the text too small if you zoom out, so you scroll right and left?

Hi Shin, I'm using an android smartphone. Perhaps the 4th one since you started this forum, and it's been the same.

Another simple machines forum I visited has a more recent version of sms and it is fine.

Would upgrading be costly ?

It's not a simple matter to upgrade the forum software itself, I doubt it will ever happen.

I am however looking into other solutions.

I am also using an android device.
God willing you will be able to find a solution  :)
Maybe even just an option to increase the text size while reading a post.

I tried something on my phone.

I selected a random post and copied it, then pasted it in the reply box.

It compressed it and it's much easier to read ! With no need of zooming or scrolling.

Shin, I'm trying to answer your pm, but after sending the reply it's not showing in my outbox.

That's surprising, I see your message Charles, no worries.

That's because you only have the opportunity to save it to the outbox by checking a box before you send it. (An odd design idea from my point of view)
