Title: Warning, popup message for Sticky Keys??!! Post by: eschator83 on September 05, 2022, 02:42:23 PM Today just a moment ago a pop-up message appeared while I was reading a forum telling me how to enable a feature called Sticky Keys which it said would enable use of MS shortcut keys. It appeared to tell also how to disable the feature, but that was vague and I was concerned this might be a virus. Curiously about half an hour ago I tried an MS Word shortcut here that I just learned about, but it didn't work. Can anyone advise whether this pop-up is dangerous or useful?

Post by: Benedict on September 05, 2022, 07:45:17 PM Sticky keys is an obnoxious and generally useless feature of windows that should almost always be left off. You can access the control panel menu by pressing the windows button or going to the taskbar and clicking the start button. After you do this click on the The ease of access center in windows has a section for keyboards called "Change how your keyboard works." Under the subsection "make it easier to type' there should be a box that says "turn on sticky keys" make sure it is unchecked.
