Title: Re: Thanksgiving and Dancing! Post by: Brigid on September 20, 2010, 01:52:15 PM It's what priests who are alcoholic are allowed to use for the Consecration - the alcohol has mostly been taken out and only a tiny portion of alcohol remains for validity. :)
Title: Re: Thanksgiving and Dancing! Post by: Bailey2 on September 20, 2010, 07:54:29 PM The problem is: I drink for effect like most people........ otherwise everyone would have grape juice! For me, no effect however slight, no point for substitutions! ;D
Besides, I like my wine tart: chardonay or a good cab or merlot. Boy I miss the days I could share a bottle with hubby! Now I walk around at Christmas parties with a half a glass all night or more likely, sparkling water! Anyway, thanks for all the thanksgiving........ it has been an adventure to say the least..... everything got put back into perspective ............... Title: Re: Thanksgiving and Dancing! Post by: Shin on September 21, 2010, 08:32:25 PM Big sigh of relief! :D
