And now I shall abstain from mentioning any of my little problems. After all, they are really very little in the scheme of things. Just thinking about it drives me stark staring mad.  Shocked

I'm having problems with my head, and I'm experimenting with foods a lot in connection with a doctor. So I found fasting to be beyond me this time around. Instead I am listening to sermons, doing more spiritual reading, and not having the radio on.

In fact I'm listening to this sermon at the moment.

It mentions various saints, and encourages that we 'go slowly' in our spiritual development, not try for too much at first.
