Tepyac Family Center is associated with them - very closely so. Tepyac is a pro life obstetrics & gyncology practise run By Dr. John Bruchalski. I've been their patient for over ten years - they are really great ! I'd definitely reccomend trying out the pharmacy though I haven't used them.  I'm betting they are just as great .

Powerful letter . Somehow I'm not surprised medical science is creeping up on new information. And Terri S,'s family SAW she was responding ...  so sad .

Sorry to be very vague with details but - recently I read somewhere in the news of a grown man that woke up from a coma . He was not at all expected to do so.  The story made me think medical powers that be need ALOT more information about how the human brain can recover . So sad that hospitals too quickly make decisions & probably because of effort & money .

Thank you again. It is good to hear every now & then that I'm not the only one who has struggled with depression for years.
It'll take time but I have so appreciated your  notes & thoughts !

THAT is funny !  My pastor said that one time during Mass but it didn't sound funny at the time. Can't blame him for his frustration though .

Thank you all  so much for the wise advice & prayers ! I really do appreciate it .

I never thought St. Mary possibly went through such a thing but I do trust her alot when I pray . I may have to consider that more !  Smiley

Oh, yes, Shin I have those fish oil pills( need to take them EVERY day ) & may eventually get the excercise in that I probably need.

Again, I do believe prayer can help so I'm thinking those prayers will help  Little Angel  Am trying to get into Mass more too .
[color=greenBIG THANK YOU from me ![/color]

I ususally ask for prayers for others but lately it seems I could use some help. If anyone could pray every now & then for my health I'd appreciate it. Basically, and I'm sure older ladies here might understand this , I'm 45 and not sleeping well at all , becoming irritable and emotional . I 'm near that stage in life ! I have been diagnosed with clinical depression , am under a doctor's care for that so it feels as though that's compounded the issue. I have an active nine year old son to keep up with & I really want to be the best mom I can be but I struggle with a low energy level . I know prayers can help so if any could be said for me, thank you .

A cookbook I'd very much like to reccomend is Simpliciity from a Monastery Kitchen byBrotherVictor Antoine ette. Not only does he have great, simple & healthy recipes but there are also some really nice quotes from saints & others about faiith & simplicity. A favorite of mine when thinking about prayer is from an old XIX century French peasant , " Durig prayer I don't say anything to God, I just sit and look at him and let him look at me . "
For some reason I'm having trouble typing & correcting what I type in this post & out of frustration I'll have to leave it this way.

Just because we see & hear stuff it doesn't mean we'll follow. That's the good thing about having your own mind !
