Biggest and Brightest Full Moon of the Year Tonight

Step outside if it's not too chilly and take a look!
It's called a full wolf moon! Because the wolves are supposed to howl at it!
The next full moon in February will be called a full snow moon!

Well, I tried, but all that could be seen were clouds and rain.

Completely hopeless here too! Not even a single star!

Can anybody else here see it (supposedly you can see Mars real clearly too tonight -
if
you can see the sky, that is)?

When I lived in the country I could see the big dipper and the little dipper practically every night that is when it wasn't clouded over, which when it is now it doesn't matter where I am at. That is that.
Full moon viewing is cancelled here until next month!
C'est la vie! It's all God's weather.

And that'll be the snow moon you said, unless the groundhog sees his shadow (or is that backwards for no more winter?).

Oh yes, Groundhog day!
Punxatawny Phill's favorite day of the year. Or not!
I forget which is which.
But I hear he's not too bad a predictor.

According to that website it looks as if we'll need to get some Groundhog (or Candlemass or Presentation or Purification) cookiesl
