Chamomile tea.
Lemon balm tea.
Warm milk.
Wine.
Turkey.
Melotonin Supplements
Calcium supplements.
Magnesium supplements.
Anti-Allergy medicine.
Iterax (hydroxyzine) anti-allergy/anxiety medicine.
Valerian.
Activities:
Sufficent exercise.
Reading.
No computer/screen time at least an hour before bedtime.
