In my search for words of celebration for the life of St Bernard of Clairvaux, this thread was listed in what seems another in an amazing series of coincidences/inspirations pressing me to understand better the nature and practice of prayer/meditation/contemplation.  I praise and thank all current and former members who are encouraging and stimulating my efforts to grow in faith and understanding.
