Okay I won't. Smiley My apologies. I hadn't realized the depth of the trouble.

Let's try praying some of the prayers here no? Smiley

Prayer to St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael

Most Holy Trinity, I thank Thee for having formed the hosts of Thy ministers in Heaven so marvelously, and for having adorned their leader so magnificently. Be Thou adored and loved in the beauty and grandeur of Thy ministers: be Thou praised in their jubilant songs of praise and thanksgiving, through all eternity. Amen.

O holy princes of Heaven, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, I praise you for the love with which the Most High has loved you and placed you so near to His own throne. Be mindful of our necessities, and at the head of the Holy Angels, do battle for the Church of God upon earth, that Satan may be forced to yield ever more, and the Kingdom of light and grace, virtue and the holy love of God, may flourish in splendor, and its beauty be acknowledged by all. Amen.

The Golden Arrow

May the most holy, most sacred,
most adorable, most mysterious
and unutterable Name of God
be always praised, blessed,
loved, adored and glorified,
in heaven, on earth and under the earth,
by all the creatures of God,
and by the Sacred Heart of Our Lord Jesus Christ
in the most holy Sacrament of the altar.

You're the boss, Moderator.  I feel like road kill!

We're here for you and want to do what is loving for you. We mess that up sometimes, but we're trying. I'm so sorry you feel so badly. Try huddling up on Mommy Mary's (that's what my granddaughter calls the BVM) lap and under her mantle, even when you're being pulled all sorts of ways by your family and all. Whenever you're feeling terrible, just think of Our Mother and say, "Help" and she will. Know that we are all pulling and praying for you're load. cross prayer cross prayer

So it's the St. Michael Chaplet . I began writing it down in my diary and never finished it. Now I will since happiness is guaranteed Cheesy Here is the history of the Chaplet as I noted it down...

The history of this Chaplet goes back to a devout Servant of God, Antonia d'Astonac, who had a vision of St. Michael. He told Antonia to honor him by nine salutations to the nine Choirs of Angels.
St. Michael promised that whoever practiced this devotion in his honor would have, when approaching Holy Communion, an escort of nine angels chosen from each of the nine choirs. In addition, for those souls who would recite the Chaplet daily, he promised his continual assistance and that of all the holy angels during life.

Nice promise. Smiley

The Golden Arrow was revealed by Our Lord Jesus Christ to a Carmelite nun of Tours in 1843 as a reparation for blasphemy.

Jesus said: "This Golden Arrow will wound My Heart delightfully, and heal the wounds inflicted by blasphemy."

I adore the Golden Arrow prayer!  Cheesy

I have never prayed the St. Michael chaplet...even though I have one hanging around the house somewhere that I picked up from a thrift store because it was such an interesting find. Terrible, I know! I'll have to give it a try!

O do try it, even only once, it's splendid. I know it too well, God forgive me, how good it is, though I too rarely say it.
