Today, when I opened my Strong's Concordance looking for another word, I turned randomly to "therefore" and was astonished to find almost four pages of Scripture references, a total of about 1100 (my rough estimate).  The Gospel of St Matthew has about 40 references to "therefore," compared to 14 in Mark, about 30 in Luke, and almost 70 in John.  The word "there" used alone has about 2000 references.  I also noticed "thereabout" only in Lk 24.4, "thereat in Mt 7.13 plus two in OT, thereby about 20, therefrom just three, therein almost 200, thereinto only in Lk 21.21, thereof almost 800...I'm sorry this comment isn't very spiritual, but hopefully interesting.  I'm always grateful for your getting me thinking.
