It's what priests who are alcoholic are allowed to use for the Consecration - the alcohol has mostly been taken out and only a tiny portion of alcohol remains for validity. Smiley

The problem is: I drink for effect like most people........ otherwise everyone would have grape juice!  For me, no effect however slight, no point for substitutions!   Grin
Besides, I like my wine tart: chardonay or a good cab or merlot.  Boy I miss the days I could share a bottle with hubby!  Now I walk around at Christmas parties with a half a glass all night or more likely, sparkling water! shrug

Anyway, thanks for all the thanksgiving........ it has been an adventure to say the least..... everything got put back into perspective ...............
