Glass of Water to Lose Weight

I guess it's called the glass of water diet. I hear it's the latest thing.

Before every meal you drink a whole glass of water before eating. And then since you feel more full, you eat less.

I'll just put this out there in case anyone wants to try it.

I would imagine that within half an hour or so after that glass of water has moved on from the stomach, hunger would start to bite again Grin
