Can Extreme Unction be given even after a person is apparently dead???
I
think
that if it is " apparent death" rather than "certain death", the priest can administer the Sacrament conditionally, after all no one knows the exact point at which the soul leaves the body.

You're right Odhiambo and Shin!!
Extreme Unction may be given even after a person is apparently dead.
Even when a person displays all the usual manifestations of death, the soul may still not have departed from the body. Therefore, the Church allows Extreme Unction to be administered for a time after "death" has occurred.

Thanks for that confirmation Patricia; good to know.

This is an easy one. Answer true or false .
The Catholic Church added the 7 books of the "apocrypha" to the Bible after the Protestant Reformation. True or false???

You're right Odhiambo!
Protestant Bibles are missing 7 books of the Bible. Martin Luther, the founder of Protestantism, decided to omit them, because the Jews omit them. Catholics call these 7 books the "Deuterocanonical Books"; Protestants call them the "Apocrypha." They are Tobias, Judith, Wisdom, Ecclesiasticus, Baruch, and 1 and 2 Machabees (plus parts of Esther and Daniel ).

Lies abound over these books. Martin Luther rejected them; that is a fact as you rightly pointed out and yet some Protestants spread the lies that they were added after the Reformation. How contracictory can they be!

Outside the Vatican, what city is home to the highest number of relics? (Hint: the city starts with "P")

I do not have the slightest idea! Not a clue, even the hint does not help. I am blank

I don't know either, but I will guess since there is the 'P' hint.
Padua?
Because St. Anthony found them all!

Philidelphia? But that doesn't make sense, because it's the home of cream cheese, and across the ocean from where most of the saints lived.

You're right, George!!
Pittsburgh
St. Anthony’s Chapel in the Troy section of Pittsburgh has 5,000 relics, including ones from Mary Magdalene and St. John the Baptist.
