My aunt, the middle sister, who I rarely get to see as she lives way out west, has a growth in her lung that is going to be removed and biopsied.

She has an appointment in June, should find out more than.

Some prayers would be appreciated.

St. Peregrine, ora pro nobis!

Ave Maria!

Dear Saint Rita,
model Wife and Widow.
You suffered in a long illness,
showing patience out of love for God.
Teach us to pray as you did.
Many invoke you for help,
full of confidence in your intercession.
Deign to come now to our aid
for the relief and cure of Shin's aunt who has a growth in her lung.
To God all things are possible.
May this healing give glory to the Lord.
Amen!

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary,
that never was it known,
that anyone who fled to your protection,
implored your help, or sought your intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
though burdened by my sins,
I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To you I come, before you I stand,
sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions, but in your mercy,
hear and answer me.
Amen.

Thank you Jacki, thank you odhiambo, Brigid, Patricia, everyone..

I deeply appreciate it.

She's going to have another scan done on June 3rd, and is going to write the family about what happens.

Let's all do our best together to pray for one another and all the prayer requests here.  Cheesy

Lord, please heal Shin's aunt in accordance with your holy and adorable will.  May your will be done in her life with no obstacles to your will.  Grant Shin's aunt all the graces she needs to keep strong in faith, hope and love.  Please have your holy angels guide the hands of her surgeon and nurses, and grant her the best of medical treatment.  Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.

I've heard back from my aunt. . .

It's quite serious.

She has a large tumor in her lungs, and it can't be biopsied and has to be removed. They will have to do like they do with open heart surgery, and remove two ribs to get in at it, and carve away a portion of her lung.

Please keep her in your prayers.

She has so many health problems already, both her and her husband, and are quite poor, so it's hard for them to be away from work too.

O Holy Mother of God. . . please help my dear aunt. . and her family.

Hail Holy Queen

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve;
to thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.

Turn then, most gracious advocate,
thine eyes of mercy toward us;
and after this our exile,
show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

V. Pray for us O holy Mother of God,
R. that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Salve, Regina, Mater misericordiae,
vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra, salve.
ad te clamamus exsules filii Hevae,
ad te suspiramus, gementes et flentes
in hac lacrimarum valle.

Eia, ergo, advocata nostra, illos tuos
misericordes oculos ad nos converte;
et Jesum, benedictum fructum ventris tui,
nobis post hoc exsilium ostende.
O clemens, O pia, O dulcis Virgo Maria.

V. Ora pro nobis sancta Dei Genetrix.
R. Ut digni efficiamur promissionibus Christi.

Memorare

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Amen.

Amen.
