We call this "Niños Innocentes".  This is celebrated here on December 28.

It is liken to April fools day here somehow.  I guess it's because Herod got fooled?  Huh?

According to SQPN, the name Quodvultdeus means “What God wants”; in other words, “The Will of God”
I would not mind at all having a name like that!
