That is a great quote Shin.
It is very true because as Saint Augustine prayed, God "has made us and drawn us to Himself
and our heart is unquiet until it rests in Him"

Hey Shin, why don't you set up one running thread for these quotes of the day like odhiambo set up for Saint of the Day. That way, we can just scroll up in one place to see them, especially we who go through periods of time when we aren't here as much!

I second that.

Now there's an idea! Perhaps I will!
You two do know about the 'Show unread posts since last visit' link though, don't you?
It's right up toop there, in the 'User Info' box with your name in it.

I have never used the 'Show unread posts since last visit' link , I usually just check out the "today's" posts since I visit daily. All the same, thanks for pointing the link out.

No, but I get e-mail notifications.
There's also the 'Notify' button at the bottom of each forum, that is if you click 'Book Study' and then look at all the topics, at the bottom is 'Notify'. If you click that every time anyone posts to the board you'll get a notification too, for every thread.
So that way if you want to be notified every time there is a new quote topic in 'Saints' and Spiritual Life' you will be.

I used to think that the "notify" button was to be used only to "report" something to the administrator
I usually steer clear of it

I had forgotten about it myself until this was brought up.
