The Saints' Calendar website is under construction.

If folks would like to help out by typing out entries for the daily calendar, send me a PM, and I'll give you a month or two to do. You simply have to type out each entry in a similar way to as it appears on the front page, in a separate document for each day, and send it in -- in a plain text file, using the Yearly Calendar as reference. Not hard no?

Also if folks visit it and verify it's working correctly for you, just post or PM it's A-OK that would be good.

So far only the Daily Calendar and Yearly Calendar are operating. The Daily Calendar should report the current day for you when you visit it -- it's the first page.

If it doesn't report the correct date, please send a PM, and also say what web browser you're using.

Also, and this is a more leisurely task, submitting any photos of the flora mentioned while they're flowering -- if you have a camera, and have noticed any of it in your area, would be appreciated.   flower

Also, if you can quote any primary source material or venerable historical secondary sources, regarding the saints feature on the calendar, this is the sort of material that is being looked for to eventually do some pages for each of the calendar saints.

By primary source and secondary source material in these cases it is meant -- records written by the saints, or by contemporaries thereof, and then historical sources from the most respected Catholic authors not from recent times.

( It's not necessary to send material from the Butler's, Encyclopedias and similar works, or the Martyrologies. )

Lastly, proofreading help is needed.

To compare the saints, flowers, and days against the Flores Ecclesia book (downloadable here), to be certain that no saints and flowers have accidently been placed on improper days.

And to double-check and help fill in the last of the moveable feast days at the end of the Yearly Calendar.
