Heavenly Father,
Thank You for all the graces I have ever received from You  and especially on this day.
I am sorry that I have not made a better use of them.
I am sorry for all the sins I have committed against You.
 Forgive me, O my God.
I hope and pray pray that , with the help of Your Grace, I may never sin again.

I lift up my eyes to the hills,
where does my help come from?

Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -
