Prayer To Our Lady, Help Of Christians

Most Holy Virgin Mary, Help of Christian,
how sweet it is to come to your feet
imploring your perpetual help.
If earthly mothers cease not to remember their children,
how can you, the most loving of all mothers forget me?
Grant then to me, I implore you,
your perpetual help in all my necessities,
in every sorrow, and especially in all my temptations.
I ask for your unceasing help for all who are now suffering.
 Help the weak, cure the sick, convert sinners.
Grant through your intercessions many vocations to the religious life.
Obtain for us, O Mary, Help of Christians,
that having invoked you on earth we may love and eternally thank you in heaven.

Come, let us ring out our joy to the Lord;
hail the rock who saves us.
Let us come into his presence, giving thanks;
let us hail him with a song of praise.

A mighty God is the Lord,
a great King above all gods.
In his hands are the depths of the earth;
the heights of the mountains are his.
To him belongs the sea, for he made it,
and the dry land that he shaped by his hands.

O come; let us bow and bend low.
Let us kneel before the God who made us,
for he is our God and we
the people who belong to his pasture,
the flock that is led by his hand.

God, you raised Jesus from the dead and transformed all of life. In hope we pray:
Hear us, O God.

Fashion your church into an effective witness to Christ, crucified and risen.
Hear us, O God.

Give wisdom and discernment to those entrusted with leadership.
Hear us, O God.

Make us good stewards of all the gifts you have given to us.
Hear us, O God.

May the God of love guard us from all that is evil
and enfold us in Christ's peace.

God, in Mary we have a model of faithful listening
and obedience to your will. With her we pray:
Hear us, Lord.

Help us be faithful to the word you speak to us
in the scriptures and in our hearts.

Anoint your church to model reconciliation
and unity in Christ.
Hear us, Lord.

Protect the vulnerable and the least ones.
Hear us, Lord.

May God bless us with songs of praise and thanksgiving
for all he has done for us.

O my God,
I love you above all things with my whole heart and soul

O my Jesus, look not on my ingratitude to Thee, after all Thy mercies, but turn Thy eyes to Thy own merits, and to the pains that Thou hast suffered for me, from the crib of Bethlehem to the cross of Calvary. I repent, with my whole soul, of all the offences that I have offered to Thee. From this moment I consecrate to Thee my life, which I desire to spend in doing all that I can to obey and to love Thee. I love Thee, O my Redeemer, but I love Thee too little; for Thy mercy's sake, increase in my soul Thy love. Hear my prayer O Jesus, and make me, by Thy grace, continue to repeat this prayer. Saving God, we humbly pray for your mercy and we say:
Lord, hear our cry for help.

Give us wisdom to help children resist the lure of media and commercial culture.

Grant peace to the imprisoned and give strength to their families.
Lord, hear our cry for help.

Heal the sick who have asked for our prayers.
Especially, Apollo, Rachel, Mike, Channing
and all those in need of thy Mercy.
