Permit us not, O God, to yield to our feelings, but grant we may sacrifice them for the happiness of pleasing You.
Amen!

Prayer To Our Lady, Help Of Christians By St. John Bosco
Most Holy Virgin Mary, Help of Christian,
how sweet it is to come to your feet
imploring your perpetual help.
If earthly mothers cease not to remember their children,
how can you, the most loving of all mothers forget me?
Grant then to me, I implore you,
your perpetual help in all my necessities,
in every sorrow, and especially in all my temptations.
I ask for your unceasing help for all who are now suffering.
Help the weak, cure the sick, convert sinners.
Grant through your intercessions many vocations to the religious life.
Obtain for us, O Mary, Help of Christians,
that having invoked you on earth we may love and eternally thank you in heaven.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee:
blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Jesus, I live for Thee,
I labor for Thee,
I desire only Thee.
Thou in me and I in Thee;
Thou with me and I with Thee;
Thou all mine and I all Thine.

'O St. Joseph.
whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the Throne of God,
I place in you all my interests and desires.
O St. Joseph, do assist me by your powerful intercession
and obtain for me from your Divine Son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ, Our Lord; so that having engaged here below your Heavenly power I may offer my Thanksgiving and Homage to the Most Loving of Fathers.
O St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating you and Jesus asleep in your arms.
I dare not approach while He reposes near your heart.
Press Him in my name and Kiss His fine Head for me,
and ask Him to return the Kiss when I draw my dying breath.
St. Joseph, Patron of Departing Souls, pray for us.
Amen.'
This prayer was reportedly discovered in the Fiftieth year of Our Lord.
