You're on a roll! That is correct!
Here's another!
Before my birth I had a name,
But, soon as born, I changed the same,
And when I'm laid within the Tomb
I shall my father's name assume;
I change my name three times together,
Yet live but one in any weather.

Rearrange the letters into words that seem relevant.
For example:
THE EARTHQUAKES:
When you rearrange the letters:
THAT QUEER SHAKE

In the example given, "that queer shake", sort of describes what an earthquake is using the exact same letters.
So use the letters found in " a decimal point" to try and describe what it is"
