Pater noster, qui es in cælis, sanctificetur nomen tuum; adveniat regnum tuum; fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem nostrum cotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra, sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris; et ne nos inducas in tentationem Sed libera nos a malo. Amen

Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Jesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Dei, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.

Look with favour, Lord God, on our petitions,
and in our trials grant us your compassionate help,
Not as we will but as You will!

We fly to your patronage, O holy Mother of God; despise not our petitions in our necessities, but deliver us always from all dangers, O glorious and blessed Virgin.

O Sacred Heart of Jesus
We place our trust in Thee

O Mary conceived without sin.
Pray for us who have recourse to thee.

Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be,
 world without end.
 Amen!

Here is the response to my request on the update of this patient:

Quote
I'm so sorry!  I had several prayer circles going.  I thought I had updated everybody.

I am pleased to report that he has made a remarkable recovery.

At first the doctors were explaining about how long the recovery process would be and how painful it would be for him. They said he would need several skin graph operations, plastic surgery and intensive physical therapy. He had also developed pneumonia and contracted a staff infection.

About a week later, doctors said how amazed they were at his remarkable recovery.  He had one skin graph done, but he won't need any surgeries or physical therapy.  Just a few check ups will be in order. The infections have cleared up nicely.  He'll be back to work soon.  He's in great spirits.

We are forever greatful for your prayers throughout this trying time for our family and truly believe they have helped to bring about this "remarkable recovery".

God bless you all for your care and concern.

Offering prayers of thanksgiving:

O God, I offer praise and thanksgiving for favors granted and prayers, answered especially those obtained through the intercession of those here at Mail Circle, who have faithfully and generously brought my petitions before You. Help me continually to see the workings of your grace and blessing in my life and strive always to live by the example of your Son, Jesus Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary, and all the saints of heaven, especially those for whose intercession I have prayed.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
