My friends.. the offer has been accepted!!!

Now, as long as the inspection goes well, and nothing truly disastrous is uncovered, as long as there are no quite unexpected major hitches -- all will proceed God willing.

I will have my happy home.

 

So, has money and house exchanged hands or that will be a while yet?

The deposit's been made -- The whole deal isn't complete until a month from now.

If the home inspection were to turn up something not covered previously that was a serious issue that could prompt a renegotiation or the deal to fall through, but I am hopeful that won't happen.
