How does one know when one has been provoked by another person? How does one know when one has been led into sin (e.g. anger, disrespect) by another person?

Hi Therese.
I do not quiet understand what you are asking. Surely if you have been provoked you just know it by how you feel within you or by your reaction.
If you have sinned, you will know that as well because we know what sin is. If you are not sure if you have sinned then it is very unlikely that you have in fact sinned;  but it would be wise to prayerfully examine your conscience to find out if you have sinned.

One of the questions found on my Examination of Conscience Pocket Guide is:  Led another into sin?   Besides mean teasing and dressing and behaving immodestly, how can one lead another into sin?

I think that is the definition of what it is to give scandal.

Yes, that makes sense about leading another into sin.  Thanks, Poche!
