                   It has clusters of creamy white flowers at the ends of the branches in late Spring.

           {B} "Israel" is a Laurustinus variety in the Viburnum genus with a scientific name of Viburnum tinus.   
                  This variety is an Ornamental that grows with a shrub-like habit.     
                   It has white flower clusters.     
           {C} In The Book of Genesis, Chapter 32 Verse 28-29 mentions Jacob's name was changed to Israel.
