Quote
Prayer more easily crosses to Heaven thanks to fasting.

A quote for Lent and for all times!

16. Nothing in excess. Well for everything that runs in moderation and restraint is healthy. On the other hand, that which is realized with excess and withour measure will be harmgul and counterproductive. thus it is noted that in all work, moderation and restraint, for whatever is excessive is dangerous, which llke water which when it rains too much is not only not useful, but is harmful.
