I'd like to ask for prayers for my grandmother, 'Granna' as I've always called her.

The doctors say her kidneys are failing, and she has had the last rites.

It is very hard to lose someone you love.

God Our Father,
source of all our consolation and mercy.
You, who bring us to new life, hear our prayer.
By the intercession of Mary our mother,
may Granna, our relatives, friends, benefactors
and all dead known to You alone,
who have gone back to You from this world,
 come to share eternal happiness with all Your saints.
Wipe away all our tears and strengthen us
to keep our journey and mission until we meet with them again,
