                Orlande de Lassus (1532-1594) was a Netherlandish composer.   
                He composed the penitential cycle of spiritual madrigals, the Lagrime di San Pietro in 1594.

            All Creatures of Our God and King was written by St. Francis of Assisi approximately     
                 in 1225. He wrote the hymn shortly before his demise.

                  Behold the Wood of the Cross is a hymn sung on Good Friday. The composer is Dan Schutte.

             O Come, O Come, Emmanuel was originally written in Latin text in the 12th century. 
             The Latin was translated into English by John Mason Neale in 1851.
