Make a May shrine to honor our Blessed Mother

This is the Month of our Blessed Mother (May), so we should make a May shrine to honor her, and we should adorn it with pretty fresh flowers for her.  She will be so pleased by such a loving act of devotion from us, her children!  Today I shall buy some pretty fresh flowers for our Blessed Mother with which to adorn my shrine.  On the third Sunday of May we will have special prayers said and hymns sung to our Blessed Mother before the May shrine we have at the traditional chapel where I attend Sunday Mass.  I'm sure that Mother Mary will also be crowned with a beautiful floral wreath.  It is a very touching ceremony for me--and all of May, too, being devoted to our Blessed Mother--bringing me closer to her and making my love for her burn more ardently!

At the Catholic Church here there use to be a May Crowning on a Wednesday evening.   
Then that was discontinued.   
One new priest scheduled a May Crowning on a Sunday afternoon.   
There has not been a May Crowning since then.
