Due to the popular browser Firefox now giving a login warning when people login using the normal http protocol rather than https, the site is being updated today to default to https login.

There may be some glitches in the midst of this update.

You may choose to login via http normally simply ignoring the warning Firefox gives, or you may choose to login with https. You may choose which protocol you wish to login with by typing 'http' or 'https' in the address bar along with the webpage address.

Please remember when using the Internet to keep your image blockers, ad blockers, word filters, etc. up to date.

The changeover to running the forums entirely on https is still in progress.

At the moment there are some issues with posting smilies and the gallery. Please be patient as work is done folks.

It appears there are no further bugs and https can be used normally throughout the forum.

If you have bookmarked the forums directly you may need to update your bookmarks to record the https link.

Please do report any issues if there is anything overlooked.
