                        In The Book of Joel, Chapter 2 Verse 23 states:     
                           And do you, O children of Zion, exult and rejoice in the Lord, your God! He has given you the teacher of justice.   
                                   Is the teacher of justice referring to Christ?

The disciples referred to Jesus as Teacher.     
Jesus used the term when he said, "You call me Teacher and Lord, and rightly so, for that is what I am."     
John Chapter 13 Verse 13
