               Psalm 121 mentions that God watches over every movement.     
                Could this psalm have been used as a blessing given to someone embarking on a dangerous journey?

The message of Psalm 121: The Lord Our God is one of hope and trust in God.   
The message King David the author imparts is to have faith and trust in God in all things during the day and at night.
