Notburga (c. 1265-1313), also known as Notburga of Rattenberg, was a peasant of Tyrol.   
She was born at Rattenberg on the Inn river.

Notburga was a cook in the household of Count Henry of Rattenberg. She used to give food to the poor.

When Notburga was ordered her to feed the swine with whatever food was left over from her cooking she then saved some of her own food and brought it to the poor.
