I got a nice response from AI Copilot on St Adjutor, but I can't find any of these new insert icons above to paste my copy. Here at camp the pools and lake are my favorite places, and I much appreciate your encouragement to seek his blessing and communion. Can anyone advise how to paste the bio?
Desktop fav\copy paste\AI\St Adjutor St. Adjutor is venerated as a saint by the Catholic Church and is known to be the patron saint of swimmers, boaters, drowning victims, and the town of Vernon, France1. Here’s a brief biography of St. Adjutor: • Birth: He was born in Vernon, France, on July 24, 10731. • Early Life: A devoutly religious youth, Adjutor attempted to live as austerely as possible2. • First Crusade: He was made a knight and set out on the First Crusade in 1095 as part of a group of Norman knights12. During this expedition, he was captured by Muslims who tried to force him to abandon his faith. He refused and managed to escape by swimming1. • Miracles: Many miraculous occurrences are associated with him, including his escape from a Muslim prison and calming a whirlpool by throwing Holy water and the chains of his captivity into it, and signing the cross1. • Later Life: After returning to France, he became a monk at the Abbey of Tiron, where he earned a reputation for sanctity2. He spent his last years as a hermit in a small cell he had built near the monastery2. • Death: He died on April 30, 113112. His feast day is celebrated on April 3012. His life and miracles have made him a revered figure, especially among those who venture into the water.
