Lord, please help the despairing to cling to you and cry out to you for help rather than attempt to end their lives.  Please heal their injured souls and help lift their burdens.  Help those who are suicidal to reach out to others and not suffer their deep pain alone.  Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer.  Amen.
