Inscribe an M above a line, then write an E below.
The flower you seek is hung so fine, it sways when breezes blow.

What is the answer to this riddle?

anemone, the windflower.

This can be a toughie unless you know your flower species! Or, perhaps, if you know a little about undersea life! That's the end of my hints!  Cheesy

Well I didn't get it!

Here's another hint! Think about what it describes, visually, then describe that with words!

Patricia, I peaked - I knew I'd never get it. Then after I peaked I felt so dumb for not thinking of it before I looked. I still don't see how the riddle fits it though, but the clue should have told me. Embarrassed Just think of Jacque Cousteau's underwater movies.

I'll be nice to you Brigid. Grin  I won't post the answer in invisible ink. I'll post it only when you surrender. Wink  It'll save you the temptation of peeking.

Find out what the animals are! (for example, "To run away or escape" could be a "flea")

1. hair-control foam
2. very exposed
3. tellin' falsities
4. a lamenting cry
5. a dull person
6. a precious or loved one
7. first you get a parking ticket, then you get this
8. these make up a chain
