Ok , I believe the first one is "your breath". Lips Sealed
And the second is "silence" ? Huh?

littlepigeons

Yes, silence seems the perfect answer. I was thinking of "the word of a liar"  Grin
Your breath is definitely as light as a feather, hold it for three minutes and you are just about done!
Congrats James. That was good thinking!

Ok, What about this one:

It is greater than God and more evil than the devil.
The poor have it, the rich need it and if you eat it you'll die.
 What is it?

I'm embarrassed to say I don't have an answer. What could be greater than God? Embarrassed  You guys!  I won't cheat with invisible ink. It seems  wrong since I don't know the answer.

I did not give the answer in invisible ink Brigid, James gave a clue. That is just it, what can be greater than God Almighty. There can only be one answer to that and it is the right one. Good luck! Grin

I love the brick wall Patricia, but you actually have the answer in your comment Smiley
Zero in on it.You will feel happier if you work out the answer for yourself. Scrutinize each and every word you posted above. The answer lies somewhere there.  Grin
