Hmm, James, you and your cell phones are a constant exercise for my technical support skills.
Good exercise! I have no idea why clicking the link didn't work for you, it normally should either play the music or give the option to download depending on your browser settings.
Perhaps if you right-click the link, the option will appear to 'save as' or 'save file'?

Angelus
V.The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.
V. Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariae.
R.
And she conceived of the Holy Ghost.
R. Et concepit de Spiritu Sancto.
All.
Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of our Lord, pray for us sinners now and in the hour of our death. Amen.
All. Ave Maria, gratia plena, Dominus tecum. Benedicta tu in mulieribus, et benedictus fructus ventris tui, Iesus. Sancta Maria, Mater Domini nostri, ora pro nobis peccatoribus, nunc, et in hora mortis nostrae. Amen.
V.
Behold the handmaid of the Lord.
V. Ecce ancilla Domini.
R.
Be it done unto me according to thy word.
R. Fiat mihi secundum verbum tuum.
Amen.
V.
And the Word was made Flesh.
V. Et Verbum caro factum est.
R.
And dwelt among us.
R. Et habitavit in nobis.
Amen.
V.
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of Christ.
V. Ora pro nobis, sancta Christi Genetrix.
R.
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
R. Ut digni efficiamur promissionibus Christi.
V.
Let us pray. Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that, we to whom the Incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an Angel, may by His Passion and Cross, be brought to the glory of His Resurrection. Through the same Christ our Lord.
All. Amen.
V. Oremus.
All. Amen.

Angelus
The Angelus is recited at three particular times during the day; generally 6 am, 12 noon, and 6 pm. (In the Carthusians the timing is slightly different, more French I believe) Traditionally it is recited kneeling while a bell is rung.
I must have missed this comment about the Angelus when it was first posted.
I have always said the prayer standing and I remember once when the time found me in the Adoration Chapel, we all stood up and prayed.

6am. 12 pm and 6 pm.
Those are my hours whenever I can manage it, or there abouts.
