How appropriate too.
I woke up in the wee hours of the morning with a terrible muscle cramp in my calf.
The thought occurred to me to offer it up so I offered it to Our Lady in reparation for my sins and for the holy souls.
I said three Ave's and after the third it went away. I certainly don't make a good soldier and I know I have to start somewhere making small offerings when the opportunity arises. I can be quite prone to muscle cramp and I often wonder did Our dear Lord suffer this on the cross seeing as His limbs were stretched so much and being so dehydrated. I can't begin to imagine what pain this would have caused with no means of relief with His limbs unable to move and this in addition to all the other pain He was suffering.
What a well deserved reproach to my cowardice this is...   Lord have mercy on me.   cross prayer

It takes time to build up a habit! Step by step! A good start like this!  Cheesy
