Reversal of Glory in Heaven

We both are enjoying the eternal rewards of Paradise, but they are very different for us. My happiness is much greater than his, for it is not like when we were still on Earth, for then, he was royalty and I was a commoner. We were as far apart as the earth and sky, but now it has been reversed: As lowly as I was compared to the king on earth, I now exceed him in glory in Heaven. However, we are both happy and our hearts are completely satisfied.'"

**I translated this myself from a book in Vietnamese, the title would literally translate "Eternal Truths", which was an alternate title of Preparation for Death; I do not know the name of the Jesuit father, but that is the way it was transliterated in Vietnamese

I think this would be 'supernatural good', and there is the purity of intention to be considered too. For something to truly shine in Heaven.. there is nothing in it that is not pure.. and so.. God grant us pure intentions.. God grant us graceful intentions...

I think it was St Catherine of Geona who said that in purgatory many so called good works are burnt to ashes. All that remains is the works done in accordance with the will of God and in purity of intention. They emerge as pure gold.
