Quote for the Day: Tell me O Christian, What More?

The words, 'What more could He have done that He has not done?' and similar (those are from the Prayers of St. Bridget) always touch me...

Is not this very pertinent to todays liturgical actions. How unfortunate! :'(

What is there that I ought to do more to my vineyard, that I have not done to it? was it that I looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it hath brought forth wild grapes? (Isaiah 5:4)

This passage is read during lent which I find very so moving.
I often ask myself, Has the Lord left me with insufficient grace to overcome this or that?
The answer has to be No... The Lord has done everything in His infinite power to save me. The Fault must be with me.
