Shin just do away with them. What pleasure do you get by prolonging their wait to martyrdom?

I think he is trying to be as fair as possible which is admirable, however since he is the administrator he knows which smilies haven't been used much. Not axing them is drawing it out and ensuring a more painful martyrdom.

I know, Patricia - and I agree, it is dragging out their martyrdom.

Actually, I was planning on replacing them with some country-craft style smilies, teddy bears and the like, crosshatch stitch patterns.. for the ladies..
But I haven't actually gathered these materials yet it's just in the planning stages, I might not be able to find suffiicient -- so while I am in preparation for that they are on reprieve.. or suspended sentence or. .
Well, I suppose if there's any
particular
smilies that are particularly bad we could hurry it up and execute the sentence early.
Goodbye?

Take
for example..
Concerning this defendant,
If it weren't for his title appearing when one rests the cursor on him it would be impossible to guess what he's meant to be depicting... There's bound to be unemployed smiley's out there who would fit the job description much better.
I rest my case your Honor.

Any words from the defense? Any defense? If not...
My gavel is ready.. and we can close the case!

Going soft isn't a bad thing, depending on what it is.

We will need more jury members here to speak up on his behalf.
So far there's 2 votes against him and 1 in his favor.

is a harmless guy. My vote is to keep him. On the other hand
and the redundant
might take a hike.
doesn't seem to fit Jesus' "turn the other cheek". Just my 2¢.

I see your point PC!
OTOH how can one turn the other cheek if there isn't
to hit it in the first place?
