This website!  Cheesy

We were linked to some popular blogs, including Patrick Madrid's (of EWTN fame!) and our bandwidth is being used up rapidly!  Shocked

I have applied for an increase!

What is bandwidth? It's how much traffic we are allowed on the website, people using it, downloading, etc.

I do not know if we will have to pay for the additional service or not, and how much!  Tongue

Many people are coming here to take advantage of all the saints' resources available here!  Grin  harp violin cheers

If we go over our bandwidth the site may be down temporarily. Perhaps even until the end of the month or until I can get the increase implemented!

I don't like to ask for donations but we truly do need these too!!!

But especially pray! Please! Thank you!

Saints and ministers of grace bless us and defend us. May the works of the saints spread far and wide! Amen amen!

Ave Maria! Viva Jesu!

Hail, Holy Queen
Salve Regina

Hail holy Queen, mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us. And after this our exile show unto us the blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

Pray for us O holy Mother of God,
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Let us pray

Almighty, everlasting God, who by the co-operation of the Holy Ghost didst prepare the body and soul of the glorious Virgin-Mother Mary to become a dwelling-place meet for thy Son: grant that as we rejoice in her commemoration; so by her fervent intercession we may be delivered from present evils and from everlasting death. Through the same Christ our Lord. Amen.

Angelic Trisagion

Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God of Hosts, earth is full of Thy Glory. Glory be to the Father, Glory be to the Son, Glory be to the Holy Ghost.

Sanctus, Sanctus, Sanctus, Dominus Deus exercituum: Plena est terra gloria tua: Gloria Patri, Gloria Filio, Gloria Spiritui Sancto.

It's not a great deal truly.. only a couple hundred dollars so far..

We've only been open about a year or so for the oldest site.

Though I am uncertain what is going to happen in future now that we have hit such traffic.. if it continues.. and we hit the big time..  shrug  Cheesy

Very little donations are received.

The cost is more in time than money, what is put into the maintenance here. If I charged for my time rather than doing this out of personal devotion, or was hiring someone else to do the work rather than asking for volunteers the costs would be through the roof.  Cheesy

I am always looking for people willing to volunteer for the site by the way!  Cheesy

And I have large plans that if donations ever did get flowing would be taken up, such as translating all the quotes in Saints' Quotes so that people could benefit from them in other languages.. I dearly wish we could hire a translator or get volunteers to do this.. I can't tell you how much of my heart is wrapped up in how wonderful that would be.. I wrote up a plea for this work that I considered posting -- but we don't even make expenses..

Purchasing rare books to scan for Saints' Books. . .  There's a great deal that could be done here that would be truly good.

Much is still under construction. Once we're thoroughly established.. well my old site had quite heavy traffic before it went down, I think we'll be pretty prominent eventually.. eventually? Well..  Wink

But right now, I'd be happy if I just could cover the expenses of the place. If I ever get that far.. it will be a relief.

I will be attending The Holy Sacrefice of the Mass very soon and I will try very, very hard to remember you, this site and all those who use and benefit from it.  I have heard that our prayers are most powerful at the moment of consecration.  So I will make a concerted effort to offer all this up at that very special time.  If I forget, you know I pray for you and everyone else and this site every morning :+

I could help if I knew what to do. If its simple to do I guess I could. Do I have to sit at the computer continuously for hours? And then I can help if my computer cooperates. Let me know . Smiley

Wonderful! Thank you!

I will type up a little list of possibilities, examples, and lessons. Smiley

That way if you want to, you can spend time in any of the areas.. a little or more.. !

And let me tell you it is all good work. More or less fun.. some easy, some hard.. all for treasure in Heaven, and all you can say, I know this is a good thing in and of itself to spend time doing. Not everything we do is that..

But helping the saints is!!!  Cheesy

For now I must go to sleep. I pray we wake up to a wonderful day tomorrow! Deo gratias et Mariae semper Virgini! And all the angels and saints..

I've finally heard back from my web hosting company and it sounds like things will be OK.

The bandwidth use is close to the limit but has not yet gone over, and when it does this month I'm concerned about how the company will honor the contract.

But otherwise we're doing OK, and they have said we won't go down after we cross the limit, so we can be a bit relieved here. Smiley

Prayers still needed, but sounding better.  Cheesy   tiny angel

I am preparing a 'lesson plan' section to show step by step how anyone can help out with Saints' Works, it's taking a bit of time because I want it to be as comprehensive and easy as possible. Smiley

It's the sort of thing we can all collaborate on together so it should be very good once I have it prepared.
